Meditation Sessions - are delivered by myself a qualified meditation teacher through the British School of Meditation. Together we will work towards soothing your nervous system, working through tools and techniques for stress management, repetition and methods to gain maximum benefit from your practice. For the Coaching Sessions - our 'Like minds' come together to share knowledge, skill, experience and time in order to formulate guided support through talking, action planning and goal setting, all through the use of video call/Telegram messaging. I am DBS - cleared and verified.

For the 'Like Mind' Coaching Services - Simply purchase through 'Buy it Now'. Once payment and contact details are received I will send you a link, we will then arrange a suitable time for your session. You may want to highlight a suitable time based on your availability in the 'Other Special Requirements' box at checkout. Please also consider that you will need to be in a calm environment away from distractions. You may also wish to have headphones to keep out noise too so that you can focus on our conversation and the information being delivered to you. I am DBS - cleared and verified.

For 'Like mind' Retail Products - Simply proceed through checkout and your retail product will be dispatched straight to your door.

The delivery of 'Like Mind' coaching sessions - carried out via video call/Telegram (unless you purchase In- Person Healing). Should you purchase the service which requires a CV/Resume and therefore generates a finished product, this will be emailed to you electronically. I am DBS - cleared and verified.

The delivery of 'Like Mind' retail products

- Larger items (over 1kg) will be shipped via courier at the standard rate. Some fragile mosaic items and silver jewellery of higher value will be shipped via  courier.

 - Small parcels are sent via Yodel on a 48hr tracked service.

- Shipping times given are after despatch of the order, not the day of placing. You can track your parcel and receive regular courier notifications.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

For the sessions and packages which relate to obtaining spiritual & energy healing it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs for the opportunity of receiving healing energy to have full effect and therefore benefit. It is also the responsibility of the client to make the Spiritual Life Coach aware of any existing medical conditions. 'Like Mind' is a safe ethical business, has strong morals and a high professional standard. Any persons working within it by way of providing a service shall not be held responsible or liable for any medical conditions which arise during or after the spiritual healing session. It is common for the client to feel the effects of energy shifting during holistic treatments both in and around their bodies which in turn may lead to unexpected feelings of emotion, tiredness or fatigue during or after the session. This is all part of the process when dealing with energy and will pass. Tips on self care after the session will be provided. 'Like Mind' will check on you and your progress a short while after the session.

Please consider we are not medically trained and should you have any concerns arising from any of your medical conditions prior or after these sessions please consult your doctor.

For Meditation sessions -Meditation is a safe and effective method and stress management tool.  However, if you have any of these conditions - Depression, Bipolar, Epilepsy, Schizophrenia or are under the supervision by a mental health team/health care provider it will be necessary for you to obtain consent from them before attending meditation. We always ask for the completion of a consent form from you before any session commences.

By way of purchasing any of 'Like Mind' products you as the client accept all terms and conditions of the 'Like Mind' service and therefore offer your consent to proceed. Sorry no children are eligible for 'Like Mind' healing or meditation sessions.

Refunds & Cancellations

'Like Mind' is a very busy service because it is unique and provides dedicated time and space to its clients, therefore the timetable and booking system has to be effectively managed in order to provide a high standard and quality service. Should you buy and book a session and need to cancel we will ask that you notify 'Like Mind' 24 hours prior to your session so that a new slot can be rearranged for you and allow other clients to benefit from your available time slot. Refunds will NOT be processed outside of these terms.

No Liability - Spiritual & Energy Healing is by no means a guarantee of a medical remedy. The clear intent is to direct healing energy from source and spirit and act as a channel and therefore provide that connection through me, in order for the clients body and aura to receive the energy and healing it requires. Please also note a number of sessions may be more beneficial in shifting blocks or negative energy and provide better continuity for balancing the aura and chakras. (please also see above)

No Liability - The Career & Business Coach service through 'Like Mind' is not a guarantee to secure employment or interviews and will not be held responsible for missed opportunity, guaranteed shortlisting or communication carried out between you and the employer, institute or third party before, during or after the 'Like Mind' service.

Time

'Like Mind' is a 1-2-1 service where time and attention is dedicated to a quality service and products produced by myself, therefore time may be required to generate a finished product, such as a CV. Usually a finished product will be emailed to you within 3 days.

Please bear this in mind if you have deadlines and closing dates you are working towards. ' Like Mind' will not be liable for any such missed opportunities where limited time has been provided by the client. It is understood however that interview invites can be issued at the last minute so please contact me if this is the case and together we will do our best to squeeze in a coaching session.

GDPR

Please be assured that GDPR is taken very seriously and personal data is not shared, sold or utilised for any other means outside this service. Information is held securely on the Shopify site and only used for payments, to track orders or send newsletters if you have subscribed. At regular intervals 'Like Mind' will delete all data from the Shopify system and delete work carried out on CV's after 6 months.

Returns  

Please note, in the event of an item arriving damaged contact must be made with 'Like Mind' likemindcoach@gmail.com within 14 days and we will advise whether a return is necessary dependant on the fault or damage. We request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible (excluding silver jewellery), rather than a return.  If an item(s) is returned to the depot without any written communication, and not in line with our returns procedure, we will not compensate for any transport costs if the item is faulty or damaged.

For all other returns which are not faulty, contact must be made with 'Like Mind' likemindcoach@gmail.com within 14 days for guidance on returns as items must be returned in their original packaging and 'as new' to the Dispatch Depot.  (details will be provided once we have received full details of the return from the customer).  Please note that for these type of returns, postage is covered by the customer.

We advise that customers returning items of high value (£15 or more) must ensure postage is a return signed for second class.

If an item(s) is returned to the depot without any written communication, and not in line with our returns procedure, we will not compensate for any transport costs if the item is faulty or damaged.
